Your requests of Rx items are subject to your doctor's approval. No refund is provided for services provided or for Rx items that are already shipped out or picked up from the office. Non Rx items can be returned within 7 days, if in its original sealed package.
You may use this service if you are an established patient & your last office visit was within 3-6 months.
Meds Refill Request Form: Follow the instructions before each question carefully. Otherwise the request will be automatically declined and deleted.
Payment: Consult fee and S+H (if applicable) are required. Requests with insufficient payment or no payment will be declined and deleted. If you have credit with us, we advise you to pay consult fee and other applicable fees first, then we can refund you. Otherwise it will cause delays of your refills.
Request your refill one week or so in advance to avoid medication interruptions or delays.
Your meds refill request is usually completed the same day, but may take up to 2-3 business days for processing. We'll notify you of your status via email.
